My Mission
Hello I’m Nicola Butcher, a Chartered Coaching and Organisational Psychologist and an ICF accredited Leadership Coach. My mission is to partner with organisations to provide psychologically-informed, in-depth leadership coaching and development that cultivates purpose-led and people-focused workplaces.
My passion lies in using psychological techniques, evidence-based approaches and my expertise in work behaviour to support the development of people. I have extensive experience coaching and consulting to a variety of organisations and professionals across industries.
I have over 15 years experience across corporate and consulting roles in learning, assessment and leadership development. Roles have included Learning Development Lead at Deutsche Bank, Senior Consultant at IBM Kenexa, Leadership Development Manager, Leadership Assessment Consultant and other various Psychologist/HR roles.
Clients
Recent coaching clients include Directors at FTSE 100 and 250 companies and Managers at a range of small to medium enterprises.

I get right to the heart of an issue, work at depth using evidence-backed tools and empower clarity and insights so that my clients can create long-lasting behaviour change.
