Isabelle Fielding ACC MSc

Isabelle is an accredited coach, trainer, and research psychologist. Having worked in a scientific field for over 20 years (psychology, neuroscience and clinical research) and with two psychology degrees (BA and MSc), Isabelle helps organisations to bring evidence-based thinking to their coaching and training programmes, using techniques that are rooted in behavioural science. She has extensive experience of designing and delivering coaching programmes, workshops and webinars to range of corporate groups and having worked as a Senior Leader in clinical trial delivery has a keen understanding of the many demands of working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Isabelle is passionate about creating actionable, well-being and peak-performance strategies that align the needs of the organisation and the individuals working within it. She is an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation and a member of the British Psychological Society (including Division of Coaching Psychology).
