My Story
I am an accomplished coaching, leadership and learning development professional with over 15 years’ experience, working across a wide variety of businesses. I previously worked for Deutsche Bank as Learning Development Lead for the UK & EMEA (excluding Germany) Corporate Finance business area covering 2,000+ bankers.
Before this, I worked in various consulting and in-house roles across London and in the UAE, working for companies like IBM (Kenexa) and BMRB/Kantar. My work has involved me delivering one-to-one coaching, development feedback and facilitating workshops to a range of audiences. I have led Director level coaching programmes and coached individuals across industries, ranging from hi-potentials to managing director level, on a range of topics which include: emotional agility, leadership style and impact, resilience and role change.
I have always been curious about how others behave and understand what motivates them, which has inspired me to study psychology all the way from my undergraduate degree, masters, to gaining Chartership as a qualified Organisational AND Coaching Psychologist. To build on this, several years later I also completed an executive coaching diploma where I am now an ICF accredited Coach.
My interests outside of work include ballroom dancing, eating good food and going on long walks with my young family.
If you’d like to find out more about working with me, get in touch, I’d love to hear from you.
