Coaching Needs Analysis
The first vital step to building your coaching culture is to undertake a thorough coaching needs analysis of your organisation's current coaching state to assess readiness and to look at what is successfully done at present.
I can help you to laser focus on the themes running through your organisation and identify the areas that need the most attention by conducting a coaching needs analysis. I do this using an evidence-based and data-driven approach, where I follow a robust process that involves organisational research, consultation and evaluation. This will ensure that you can confidently navigate the unique challenges and opportunities within your organisation, and best maximise the time, resources and budget available. Once the organisational research has been completed, a report will be created with observations and recommendations.
A key part of this work, is getting to know your needs and context as an important first step. I use a range of tools to gather information and to provide objective recommendations, including focus groups, 1:1 interviews, questionnaires and discussions with key stakeholders.
Clarity on Building an Impactful L&D Strategy
There are so many changes facing organisations where there is continued pressure to engage individuals and ensure agility. This means that learning has never been more important but how much time do learning and development functions have to reflect and assess their priorities, purpose and impact? It is easy to get stuck in the midst of churning training programmes out because business leaders will often turn to using training for a wealth of people development/performance management issues. This often detracts from L&D being able to create or improve their learning and development strategy, build self-sufficiency and accountability across the business, and importantly, work strategically to drive real change across the organisation.
