Training is important to build a toolkit of knowledge, skills and behaviours that will set managers and leaders up, along with their teams and organisations for success. I deliver bespoke training where it is designed to your organisational context and needs. I follow a process that involves consultation, design, delivery and evaluation with review meetings throughout. The training design is rooted in examples from your organisation. I run diagnosis and stakeholder interviews so that your challenges are explored and the training is contextualised to your realities to help learning stick. All training is practical, engaging and interactive which can be delivered virtually or in person.
Learning is a process; having a one-off session is not going to be anywhere near as effective as having the opportunity to put your learning into practice at work. This is why I advocate that training and development should be in packages as part of an ongoing journey.
