GDPR PRIVACY POLICY

Nicola Butcher is committed to the highest standards of privacy and data protection compliance. I comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. I have created this privacy statement policy in order to demonstrate what personal information I hold, and how I use, store, disclose it, and your rights to that information. I treat all personal data I receive with the utmost care and consideration.

What information do I collect and for what purpose?

  • Personal Information

  • First name and last name

  • Email address and/or phone number

  • Marketing preferences.

I may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any of these communications by contacting me to remove you off the mailing list.

The information I hold will be used principally to deliver contracted services for the stated purpose and for no longer than necessary. I may use your personal details so that I can communicate with you via email/phone or for the purposes of generating a psychometric questionnaire report(s) for confidential feedback purposes.

When do I share your personal information with others?

Personal Information stays with Nicola Butcher, other than in the following circumstances:

  • When you give explicit consent to share your data;

  • If I share it with trusted organisations I work with to provide products and services to you;

  • If I am obliged to share it with relevant parties for the purpose of legal or contractual compliance, or reporting purposes.

 

How long do I retain your personal data?

We will cease to retain its documents containing personal data, or remove the means by which the personal data can be associated with particular individuals, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the Purpose for which that personal data was collected or further processed is no longer being served by retention of the personal data.

​Personal information I use to communicate with you will be kept until you notify me that you want it deleted or to not receive any further information. All psychometric questionnaire data collected for coaching purposes is deleted within one month after the coaching has ended.
